By booking and attending an appointment, the client agrees to the immediate commencement of the service and waives any right of withdrawal for services that have already started or been completed.

Results of lash and brow treatments may vary from person to person depending on natural hair structure, thickness, growth direction, skin type, previous treatments, lifestyle, and aftercare. Individual biological factors are beyond the control of the technician.

Once a service has been completed, refunds, partial refunds, or compensation are not provided based on personal preference, subjective dissatisfaction, or comparison to inspiration photos.
