Terms & Conditions
​Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through the official booking system and are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once completed. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and verifying all appointment details (date, time, and treatment).

Deposits & Payments
All services require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking. This secures the appointment and reserves the time slot exclusively for the client.
All deposits and online payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any remaining balance must be paid immediately after the service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend, will result in a full charge of the reserved service time.
Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without charge.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their appointment will forfeit their deposit or payment. The full service amount will be charged and an invoice may be issued.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Full payment will still apply.
Services & Right of Withdrawal
By attending the appointment, the client agrees to the immediate commencement of the service and waives any right of withdrawal once the service has started or been completed.
Refund Policy
No refunds, partial refunds, or compensation will be provided for any deposits, online payments, or completed services.
Service Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on natural hair structure, skin type, previous treatments, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Specific results are not guaranteed.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the result and longevity of the treatment.
Allergies & Medical Information
GlowArt Beauty Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments.

Right to Refuse Service
GlowArt Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or medical contraindications.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of GlowArt Beauty Studio, including but not limited to power outages, technical failures, or unforeseen events, all deposits and payments remain non-refundable. Clients will be offered the option to reschedule their appointment at no additional cost.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
