SALON POLICY  
GlowArt Beauty Studio – Rotterdam

Appointments  
Appointments are confirmed only after booking through the official booking system. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service.

Deposits & Payments  
All deposits and online payments are non-refundable. Remaining balances must be paid immediately after the service.

Cancellation Policy  
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit or full charge of the reserved service time.
 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time, or failure to attend the appointment, will result in a full charge of the reserved service time.
 

For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance (last-minute bookings), the 48-hour cancellation period does not apply and the appointment cannot be cancelled without charge.

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the salon’s cancellation and no-show policy and confirms responsibility for checking the appointment details (date, time, and service). Appointments made through online booking platforms or directly with the salon are considered confirmed once the booking is completed.

If a client fails to attend the appointment or cancels in violation of this policy, the full service amount will be charged and an invoice may be issued. Unpaid invoices may be transferred to a debt collection agency, and any additional administrative or collection costs may be charged to the client.
 

By completing the booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Late Policy  
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled. Full payment may still apply.

Services Started or Completed  
By attending an appointment, the client agrees to the immediate commencement of the service and waives any right of withdrawal for services that have already started or been completed.

Service Results Disclaimer  
Results of lash and brow treatments vary depending on natural hair structure, skin type, previous treatments, lifestyle, and aftercare. Individual biological factors are beyond the control of the technician.

No Refund on Completed Services  
Refunds, partial refunds, or compensation are not provided once a service has been completed.

Aftercare Responsibility  
Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions. Improper aftercare may affect the longevity and appearance of the results.

Allergic Reactions & Medical Information  
GlowArt Beauty Studio is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous chemical treatments.

Right to Refuse Service  
GlowArt Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or medical contraindications.
